- Project Name: Lawn Maintenance and Gutter Cleaning Solicitation No. 1240BF26Q0024 Project Location: Powers Ranger Station 42861 Highway 242 Powers, Oregon 97466 This synopsis publicizes a forthcoming solicitation for Lawn Maintenance and Gutter Cleaning at the Powers Ranger Station. As authorized by FAR 12.201-1 Simplified procedures (c)(2) the contracting officer has chosen to solicit quotations directly from Contractors who live in Oregon.
