- The purpose of this amendment to the solicitation is to clarify that payment and performance bonding is required for this solicitation. A bid guarantee (Bid Bond) is also required at 20% of the contractor's total bid. The Bid Bond must be submitted with your proposal. As a result, the due date for proposal submission has been extended until 03/18/2026 at 1:00 P.M. ET. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
