Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0293 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for mass spectrometer service agreement. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 334516 The small business size standard is 1000. This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Statement of Requirement SYNAPT G2-Si_UGA572 mass spectrometer service agreement Schedule of Items See Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions See Attachment 2 � Statement of Work for a list of all requirements. T he United States Department Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Pacific West Area, intends to award on a single source basis. Potential sources who believe they can provide the services listed are invited to submit a quotation by the response date listed, in accordance with the instructions provided herein. All timely responses to this solicitation will be considered, however, the determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
