Description

Maintenance & Repair Service - AU5800 Series Clinical Analyzers The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Beckman Coulter, INC (CAGE: 0HWD8), IAW FAR 12. Interested persons may submit a capability statement by the specified response date. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes from any source other than Beckman Coulter, INC (CAGE: 0HWD8). However, the Government will consider information received by the specified response date. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based upon responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice.
