- THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. A DETERMINATION NOT TO COMPETE THE PROPOSED PROCUREMENT BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT. Intent to Sole Source for FAT Truck Equipment to Equipment Source Incorporated; please see attachment for related Salient Characteristics. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) has been determined to be 336999 - All Other Transportation Equipment Manufacturing, with a large business size standard of 1,000 employees. The Product Service Code for this acquisition is 2320 - TRUCKS AND TRUCK TRACTORS, WHEELED. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 27 March 2026 at 8:00 A.M. Alaska Time. All documents submitted will not be returned. If any vendor believes they can meet the requirements listed in the Salient Characteristics, please reach out to Contract Specialist John Jockush by email at john.jockush.3@us.af.mil. The capability documentation should include general information and technical background describing in detail the prospective contractor's capabilities and experience that will demonstrate the ability to support these requirements
