- NCO 23 Contracting office has a requirement for Spa Bathtubs for the Sioux Falls SD VAHCS. This RFQ is: Total Small Business Set Aside, SAP procedures, LPTA Evaluation see provision 52.212-2 for details, Buy American Act applies see provision 52.212-2 for Buy American Act evaluation method. FOR CONSIDERATION ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE RECEIVED 72 HOURS BEFORE DATE STIPULATED IN BLOCK 8 OF THE SF1449 FORM. EMAIL ALL QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES TO JOSHUA.IMDACHA@VA.GOV SIGN SF1449 AND RETURN ALL PAGES WITH OFFER SUBMISSION Offerors shall provide the following in their proposal: Signed SF 1449 Completed price schedule for all LINS.
