- The contractor shall perform uniform alterations IAW the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Fill out proposed pricing for each alteration item in the attached Uniform Bid Sheet. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Amendment 00001: The contractor shall be responsible for performing all measurements and fittings at Holloman AFB, completing all alterations IAW the SOW, providing a date for completion and then returning the uniforms to Honor Guard members on or before that established date.
