- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 140L4026Q0005 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation documents and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06. This is a total small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561720 with a size standard of $22 million. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is soliciting competitive quotes from qualified vendors for a firm-fixed-price commercial contract to provide Janitorial Services. A detailed description of the requirement is provided in the attached Statement of Work.
