- This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation, 36C24626Q0364_1, will be issued on or about 10 March 2026. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salisbury VAMC, Charlotte HCC, and Kernersville HCC has a requirement for a Custom Surgical Packs.
