- This notice is provided for informational purposes only to publicize the Brand-Name Justification and Approval (J&A) and shall not be construed as a solicitation or request for offers for this BPA. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Indo-Pacific intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the supply and delivery of Coca-Cola beverage products for authorized customers within the Guam Area of Responsibility (AOR). This requirement is being conducted as a brand-name acquisition for Coca-Cola products. Based on market research conducted by the Government, one vendor holds the exclusive distribution rights for Coca-Cola products within the Guam AOR and is the only known source capable of providing the required products to support the Government�s needs in this region. Accordingly, the Government intends to establish a single BPA with the authorized distributor for Coca-Cola products serving the Guam AOR.
