Service Agreement for Eppendorf epMotion 5075 PACKAGE SHOULD INCLUDE: This service agreement for Eppendorf epMotion 5075 including a full annual preventive maintenance service program for assured instrument reliability and uptime; parts, labor, and travel included, 10 % discount on additional services (e.g. IQ/OQ) during the agreement period - Cleaning and checking of housing and accessories - Evaluation of stored data software update - Checking and calibration of ejector tip, level sensor and carrier - Checking barcode scanner with epBlue ID if applicable- Checking TMX module with Magnetic Finger module if applicable - Checking UV light and CleanCap (HEPA Filter) if applicable- Exchange of CAN bus cables/O-rings of dispensing tools, if applicable - Calibration/Adjustment of device specific modules, if applicable.
