Description

Pre-solicitation Notice Synopsis Subj: MK 77 Housing Anodes and Connector Plates Product Service Code: 5342 NAICS Code: 332710 The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Manufacturing (M) Department has a requirement to manufacture MK77 Housing Anodes and Connector Plate hardware. The contractor shall fabricate, inspect, test, and deliver components in accordance with the applicable drawings and specifications, which will be released with the final RFP. Award is estimated to be made FY26 Q4. This will be a competitive procurement. NSWC IHD intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Supply type contract. The method of selection will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). This synopsis is not a request for competitive proposals. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be posted on the System for Award Management (SAM) database via the website https://sam.gov/content/home with a projected release of FY26 Q3. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT ONLY. Paper copies of the solicitation and amendment(s) will not be provided. Offeror(s) are required to complete their registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database via the website https://sam.gov/content/home. Failure to register in SAM makes an offeror ineligible for award of DoD contracts. All interested sources shall provide a company brochure or list of capabilities, product literature, organization name, address, a point of contact, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, business size, taxpayer identification number, UEI ID number, and CAGE Code.
