THIS POSTING IS FOR TINKER AFB - MAC BOA HOLDERS ONLY Updated 9 March 26 1) RFIs are due Thursday, March 12 at 1600CST (4:00pm) 2) Sign in sheet has been added to attachments THIS POSTING IS FOR TINKER AFB - MAC BOA HOLDERS ONLY Project Solicitation Number: FA813726R0013 Project Title: WWYK250003 - Relocate Fire Alarm Circuit O106-062, B3001 Project Location: Tinker AFB, B3001 IAW FAR 36.101-3, the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 The work to be performed under the terms of this contract consists of furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control and incidentals required to accomplish the relocation of fire alarm circuit, B3001, O106-065 at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma. Project specific documents are attached to this posting. If you experience any difficulty at receiving or accessing the project specific documents, send an email request to Contracting Points of Contact listed to have a DoD Safe document transmission sent to your email. In the email, please provide email addresses for Prime Contractors points of contact ONLY, to have a DoD Safe link sent to. Do not include any sub-contractor email addresses. Currently, the Solicitation - Request for Proposal (RFP) is in the draft stage and will be posted once available. THIS POSTING IS FOR TINKER AFB - MAC BOA HOLDERS ONLY After review of the project specific documents, if you are a Tinker AFB - MAC BOA Holder, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit. Your RSVP email must be received by noon on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP, the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access. After receipt of your RSVP and EAL if required, Initial Site Visit is set for Thursday, March 5 at 1300 (1:00 pm) CST on Tinker AFB, B3001. Meeting location will be at B3001 in the lobby of the administration entrance. This entrance is by the flagpole. You must attend the initial Site Vist for the project to be considered eligible to propose.
