- AK-FWS AK MARITIME NWR-CUSTODIAL CONTRACT The government requires Janitorial Services for Homer Alaska at: Alaska Maritime National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center & Headquarters 95 Sterling Highway Homer, AK 99603 Bunkhouse (2nd floor of a local business) 509 Sterling Highway Homer, AK 99603 See attached SOW. Vendor is required to provide evidence of an employee with cleaning experience in the Homer, AK area that is available to start work immediately and evidence of a second local employee that is available to clean if the primary janitor is away. Please fill out the attached price schedule (excel file). Government reserves the right to de-scope requirement is not enough funds are available.
