- Synopsis for W912CH-25-R-0206� Parts Kit, Hydraulic Pump ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND � Detroit Arsenal proposes to solicit and award a 5-year Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Government does not intend to utilize FAR Part 12 procedures for commercial items. This action will be full and open competition for the following item: NSN: 4320-01-086-6793 Part Number: 12284862 Noun: Parts Kit, Hydraulic Pump Guaranteed Minimum Quantity: 15 Estimated Maximum Quantity: 625 Estimated First Delivery Order Quantity: 106 First Article Test (FAT) will be required for two units each unless waived. NAICS Code: 336992 Unit of Issue: Each Inspection: Origin Acceptance: Origin FOB Point: Destination Level of Preservation: Military Level of Packaging: B Notes: The solicitation, W912CH-25-R-0126, is anticipated for release in 2-4 weeks and will contain the required technical information [The TDP is Distribution D ] and a specific due date and time. Joint Certification Program (EXPORT CONTROL): You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/) to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation.
