- MAYFIELD HOUSE FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM INSTALLATION - The purpose of this modification 0003 is to: 1. Extend the solicitation closing date from March 25, 2026 to April 15, 2026 at 12p noon PT. 2. Open the week of March 30, 2026 through April 3, 2026 for site visits.
