- Parking Lot Maintenance- Seattle, WA REQUEST FOR QUOTE INTRODUCTION This solicitation document and the incorporated provisions and clauses are in accordance with Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06, dated October 1, 2025. SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE DESCRIPTION The US Geological Survey (USGS), Western Fisheries Research Center (WFRC), requires parking lot maintenance as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). RELEVANT INFORMATION The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction and associated size standard $45.0 million applies to this announcement, along with Product Service Code Z2LZ Repair or Alteration of Parking Facilities. TARGET PRICE RANGE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT $16,000.00 to $26,000.00 This service is subject to the Construction Wage Rate Requirements Statute. See the U.S. Department of Labor Davis-Bacon Act Wage Determination #WA20260125 dated 01/02/2026 at www.SAM.gov. SITE VISIT The site visit will take place on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 9:00am at the USGS WFRC, 6505 NE 65TH ST, Seattle, WA 98115. All services will be performed at this location. RSVP by March 18, 2026, to Elizabeth Adam, elizabeth_adam@ios.doi.gov. QUESTIONS All questions must be sent directly to elizabeth_adam@ios.doi.gov by Friday, March 20, 2026, at 5:00pm. SUBMISSION OF QUOTES Send quotes to the Contracting Officer, Elizabeth Adam, at elizabeth_adam@ios.doi.gov.
