- Presolicitation Notice � Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source (Firm-Fixed-Price) Agency: U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), Greenwood, MS Office Action: Presolicitation Notice / Intent to Sole Source (Firm-Fixed-Price) Summary: NRCS Greenwood, MS Office anticipates a sole-source award to Yalobusha Street Properties, LLC for a 6100 square foot building (warehouse type) to accommodate equipment and supplies to include vehicles. This facility must be climate-controlled and meet standard commercial safety/security practices (e.g., lighting, security cameras, gated access), and provide routine maintenance of facilities and common areas. The storage facility/warehouse must be within a 15?mile radius of the office located at 605 Yalobusha street, Greenwood, MS 38930, and must provide repetitive (recurring) employee access during normal hours (and as operationally required). This presolicitation notice is issued in accordance with the FAR Overhaul publicizing requirements for presolicitation notices and related content, and it is not a request for quotations or proposals. Anticipated Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Authority for Other Than Full and Open Competition: FAR 12.201-1, Simplified Procedures . Place of Performance: 15?mile radius of office located at 605 Yalobusha street, Greenwood, MS 38390 Minimum Requirements (Salient Characteristics): Quantity: (1) 6100 square foot building/warehouse to accommodate equipment and supplies to include vehicles. Environment: Climate?controlled suitable for sensitive equipment/materials. Access: Repetitive (recurring) access by NRCS personnel; secure access controls; hours consistent with mission needs. Proximity: Facility must be within a 15?mile radius of office located at 605 Yalobusha street, Greenwood, MS 38390 Safety/Security: Facility must meet standard commercial safety/security practices (e.g., lighting, security cameras, and gated access) and provide routine facilities and common areas.
