- DESCRIPTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C24726Q0298 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), for temporary lodging services for Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center in Charleston South Carolina. This acquisition is set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 721110 is assigned to this requirement with a small business size standard of $40.0 million. The FSC/PSC is V231. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center located at 109 Bee Street, Charleston SC 29401, requires overnight hotel/motel lodging services to provide easier access to medical care to eligible veteran beneficiaries that live outside of the local commuting area.
