General Information Action: Synopsis for a Level of Effort (LOE) Task Order Issuing Agency: Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Solicitation Number: N64498-26-R-3107 Contract Vehicle: Seaport-NxG Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Note: Offerors must be a Prime holder on the Seaport-NxG MAC to be eligible for award. Competition Type: Full and Open Competition (within the Seaport-NxG vehicle) NAICS Code: 541330 � Engineering Services 2. Contract Details & Level of Effort Contract Type: Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Level of Effort (CPFF-LOE) Period of Performance: One (1) base year with four (4) one-year option periods. Estimated Annual Effort: The Government estimates approximately 61,180 direct labor hours will be required annually. Payment will be based on the actual hours expended. 3. Description of Work The contractor shall provide Engineering, Technical, Programmatic, Logistical, Life Cycle Management, and Systems Services in support of the NSWCPD Department 70 Major Test Programs and Industrial Support.
