- The American Battle Monuments Commission is issuing this public notice of anticipated calendar year 2026 construction projects planned at the North Africa American Cemetery located in Carthage, Tunisia, for: Construction of perimeter fence Renovation of an existing building to be used as a pedestrian screening facility. Anticipated NAICS codes: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors Market Research supports the use of U.S.-based construction firms for both projects. Experience with Department of State or other U.S. Government projects in the region is highly desirable. Interested, qualified contractors are invited to submit a brief capabilities statement to Rebecca Jessen, Contracting Officer, at jessenr@abmc.gov.
