- This requirement is being solicited under GSA�s Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Professional Services Category pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.4 on behalf of FEMA�s National Training and Education Division (NTED) for Training Partners Program (TPP) Support Services. This is a 100% small business set-aside solicitation to those firms having an active GSA MAS under NAICS 541611. The Product Service Code (PSC) is U008. The PSC description is Education/Training - Training/Curriculum Development. The Government anticipates a single-award GSA/Task Order (TO) for Training Partners Program (TPP) Support Services on behalf of FEMA�s National Training and Education Division.
