- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO MILLER & CHITTY CO, INC Market research was conducted and determined that MILLER & CHITTY CO, INC is the only vendor capable of meeting the requirement at the VA New Jersey Healthcare System. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Proposals or Quotations.
