- 1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, intends to solicit quotes for Brand Name Equal to Edwards Lifesciences HemoSphere Alta Hemodynamic Monitor/Platform, for the Puget Sound Healthcare System, Seattle, WA. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is 36C26026Q0388. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 339113 (Surgical Appliance & Supplies Manufacturing),� and the small business size standard is 800 employees. This procurement is Unrestricted, Open Market request. 3. The delivery date is 90 days ARO. 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the Contracting Opportunities website, http://beta.sam.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is Mar 03, 2026, and the anticipated closing date is Mar 20, 2026. Interested Quoters are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 5. Quoters from all capable and responsible sources will be considered. All prospective Contractors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) database and should ensure that the applicable NAICS code (339113) is included in the SAM profile prior to submission of quotations.
