This procurement is unrestricted. Certified Cost and Pricing Data may be required based on dollar value. EEO clearance is not required. There is no surge requirement. Progress Payments are not authorized for this procurement. This is a critical application item. There is a Government FAT requirement. Higher level applies. Material is hazardous.
