THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. NO PROPOSALS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE. This notice is issued by the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) to solicit responses from interested parties. This document is for information and planning purposes and to allow industry the opportunity to verify reasonableness and feasibility of the requirement, as well as promote competition. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited. The Landsat Next project has made significant progress in updating the governing spacecraft procurement documents based on the inputs received during the Industry Week event in March of 2025. Specifically, the spacecraft Statement of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) / Date Items Deliverable (DID), Mission Assurance Requirements (MAR), and the Spacecraft Environmental Requirements Document (SCERD) have all seen notable updates. The updated draft documents are now available through this modified announcement. As a follow on to the Industry Week event, spacecraft vendors are welcome to provide additional inputs, comments, and questions regarding these updated documents, to the CO (Tumbapura, Pavi - pavithra.s.tumbapura@nasa.gov) and the COR (Bacon, Charles E. - charles.e.bacon@nasa.gov). Important Information: These are DRAFT documents and are subject to change as the Landsat Next project continues to mature its documentation.
