- The Guest Speaker shall deliver keynote presentations, workshops, training sessions, or related speaking services as requested by the Government through purchase orders. Services may include leadership development, resilience training, spouse and family focused sessions, or other topics aligned with the installation?s mission. The Guest Speaker shall ensure all services are delivered professionally, on time, and in coordination with the Government POC. This requirement is for an event on January 22nd 2026 for Senior leaders on Fort Drum NY.
