SYNOPSIS FEDERAL SUPPLY CODE / AREA: SAFT Marine Corps Systems Command, ATTN: SEAL-MA-STDZ, 2200 Lester Street, Quantico, VA 22134 NUMBER AND TITLE OF DOCUMENT: Draft MIL-HDBK-828D, Range Laser Safety NAICS CODE: 334510 SPECIAL NOTICE: The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) intends to establish specifications and standards that promote adaptability in design and production methodologies. The primary objective of this special notice is to encourage reviews from a broad vendor base. MARCORSYSCOM is preparing Draft MIL-HDBK-828D, Range Laser Safety. This notice solicits feedback on the draft document from industry stakeholders. To ensure all commentary is considered, submissions must be provided on the Consolidated Comments Form (CCF). Include your completed CCF via email to USMC_STDZ@usmc.mil no later than the review period deadline of 07 FEB 2026. The subject line of the email must reference the official document number for proper routing.
