- Synopsis for W912CH-25-R-0135 � Controller, Air Temp Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, the United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price (FFP), five-year Requirements Contract. This action will be sole sourced to Canadian Commercial Corporation and subcontracted to Honeywell Limited. This action will be noncompetitive, sole source for the following item: NSN: 2540-01-185-8217 Part Number: 624714-4-1 Noun: Controller, Air Temp NAICS Code: 336390 Unit of Issue: Each Inspection/Acceptance: Origin FOB Point: Destination Level of Preservation/Level of Packaging: Military/B The solicitation, W912CH-25-R-0135, is anticipated for release in three weeks and will contain the required technical information and a specific due date and time. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.
