- Description
- The American Embassy London has a requirement for a Death in Service Life Insurance Policy for Locally Employed Staff in the United Kingdom. Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States of America in London will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The Government intends to award a Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor possessing all required licenses and certifications necessary to offer employee life insurance to UK citizens and/or residents as required by local law. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. Only companies specializing in this field should express interest in this opportunity. Electronic submissions will be accepted. Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this solicitation.
