- The Contractor must request and be approved for TDP access and agrees that he has obtained all specifications and drawings necessary to manufacture the items being solicited in accordance with the TDP including all incorporated specifications and drawings. The purpose of this amendment is to: SECTION J: Add drawings 12387271_D and 12387355_D to be included with TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE (TDP) 12916856. 2.
