Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, under authority of 41 U.S.C.1901, with AmeriWater, LLC of Dayton, OH for maintenance/service for two 00HC-2046 healthcare systems to include deionized (DI) tank exchange in accordance with JCAHO, OEM, and AAMI requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a small business size Standard of $12.5 million. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes or proposals. No contract award will be made based on quotations or proposals received in response to this notice. No solicitation document exists, and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. A determination not to compete the requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Disclaimer and Important Notes: No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in responses to this notice. This notice does not oblige the Government to award a contract. The Government will not pay for information provided in response to this notice. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for market research purposes. The Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Any responsible source who believes it can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement to Mary Jane Crim via email at maryjane.crim@va.gov no later than January 14, 2026, at 4:00pm (EST). Each response shall include the following Business Information: Contractor Name Address Point of Contact Name, Phone Number, and Email address Contractor SAM UEI Contractor Business Classification (i.e., small business, 8(a), woman owned, hubZone, veteran owned, etc.) as validated in System for Award Management (SAM). All offerors must be registered in the SAM located at www.sam.gov.
