Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 75H70726Q00027 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Remote Medical Coding, Billing, and Accounts Receivable (AR) Services to be provided for the Taos-Picuris Health Center located in Taos, NM. This acquisition is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. (ii) See attached RFQ and/or Fillable Table for Contract Line Items (CLINs). (iii) See attached RFQ for description of requirements. (iv) Remote services to be provided for the following Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (IHS) facility: Taos Picuris Health Center 1090 Goat Springs Road Taos, NM 87571 (v) See attached RFQ for a list of solicitation provisions that apply to the acquisition. (vi) See attached RFQ for a list of contract clauses that apply to the acquisition. (vii) Quotes will be accepted via email to Shandiin.DeWolfe@ihs.gov until 5:30 pm MST on Friday, January 23, 2026. Please submit questions no later than 5:30 pm MST on Wednesday, January 14th, 2026. (viii) This is a total Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside.
