- This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability and technical capability of small and large businesses to meet the Government�s requirement for BRAND NAME or (Equal) Limitorque V34 and V35 Actuator Valves at Arnold Engineering Development Complex�s (AEDC) Federal Research Center at White Oak in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 1 � DRAFT Technical Requirements. The valve actuators MUST meet the specifications detailed in Attachment 1 - DRAFT Technical Requirements. Delivery is required to Arnold Engineering Development Complex�s (AEDC) Federal Research Center at White Oak located at 10905 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20903-1050.
