Description

THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE PROJECT OVERVIEW PURPOSE: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) is looking to hire a contractor to perform the required work to install an ADA Compliant sidewalk/crosswalk per the Statement of Work. The scope of this project will require coordination between the contactor, COR, CO, and VA staff. Ultimately the means and methods to perform this work and determine a sequence of work will be determined by the contractor. The location of this project is at 4500 S. LANCASTER ROAD, Dallas VA Medical Center, Dallas, TX 75216. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238110 with a small business size standard of $19M. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
