Synopsis This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes only, to determine the availability and capability of small businesses (including Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), 8(a), Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) businesses) to supply the item described below. This is not a solicitation for proposals, and no contract will be awarded from this notice. Packaging and Marking Requirements Quantity per Unit Pack (QUP): 001 Standard: Packaging will be in accordance with ASTM D3951, ""Standard Practice for Commercial Packaging"". Precedence: All DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements take precedence over ASTM D3951. Marking and Labeling: All packaging and packing shall be marked and labeled in accordance with MIL-STD-129, ""Military Marking for Shipment and Storage"". Unit of Issue (U/I) and Quantity per Unit Pack (QUP): The U/I and QUP will be as specified in the resulting contract or purchase order.
