- Solicitation Amendment #01 The reason for this solicitation amendment is to provide answers to industry questions, extend the solicitation closing date to 7 JAN 2026 (1300 HST), and clarify (1) matter in the Salient Characteristics and Installation Instructions: Answers to Questions: 1. Swatches: Would your office require Color Swatches of the items prior to purchase? Answer: The Government is asking for photographs of each proposed furnishing per evaluation factor 2. 2. The proposed delivery of the Items is 5 days after February 1, 2026; however, Production and Shipment lead times will cause unavoidable delay. Please confirm whether these lead times would affect the Contractor and the Project Schedule. Answer: The delivery and installation must be complete before 1FEB2026 � The KTR has 5 consecutive business days to complete installation. 3. Regarding Item 0010: Table Lamps (Short) - Is the RFQ requesting a table lamp? Answer: Yes. This item is to be placed on a table. 4. Regarding Item 0011: Table Lamps (Tall) - Is the RFQ requesting a Floor Lamp? Answer: Yes. This item is a Tall floor lamp. 5. Regarding Item 0013 (Tall Chairs, SKU: NDRACO38Z Sweetheart Chairs), the referenced SKU reflects a set of ten (10) chairs; however, the RFQ indicates four (4) each while SOW Table 1.1 lists a total of twenty (20) chairs�please clarify the total quantity of chairs required for this Project. Answer: Based on the original research, to clarify, the request is for 20 chairs total; 4 armed chairs and 16 chairs without arms. 6. Regarding Item 0014: Mahogany Sideboard: Is the correct SKU: NSB048 instead of the listed NDRACO38Z which is the same as the Tall Chairs in 0013. Answer: The correct SKU for the Mahogany Sideboard is: NSB048 7. Security: Who will be responsible for the security of the Items that are delivered prior to installation. Answer: The Government. 8. Brands: What other brands are approved/ equal to Serena and Lily and Niagara Furniture? Answer: The proposed furnishings need to meet the salient characteristics and be sturdy/durable, able to last the entire expected life cycle (7-10 years). Clarification/ change on CLIN 0013 The quantity has been changed from 4 to 2. This CLIN is for twenty (20) chairs - (two (2) armchairs and eighteen (18) side chairs) in accordance with Attachment 1 � Salient Characteristics and Installation Instructions. ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number W912CN-26-Q-0001 for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the information in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR 13 as supplemented with the additional information included in this combined synopsis/solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set aside. Any quote that is submitted by other than Small Business concern WILL NOT be considered for award. Competitive quotes are being requested under Request for Quote (RFQ) Number W912CN-26-Q-0001. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-05, Effective: August 7, 2025, and DFARS Publication Notice (DPN) 20250825. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation shall be posted on the Sam.gov website: https://sam.gov/. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order contract for GFOQ Furnishings for Palm 5 on Fort Shafter - Oahu, Hawaii. Further details are provided in the Salient Characteristics and Installation Instructions (Attachment 1). The NAICS code is 449110 � Furniture Retailers and the Small Business Standard is $25M. The delivery period for this purchase is NLT 1 February 2026, to be completed within 5 consecutive business days. **Contractors shall review �Attachment 1 - Salient Characteristics and Installation Instructions - GFOQ Furnishings Palm 5� for the full description of requirements (furnishings).
