Description

This is a Notice of Intent, NOT a request for proposal. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with HID Global dba HydrantID for an annual renewal subscription. This license is an Enterprise Trusted SSL subscription. Period of Performance: January 19, 2025 to December 14, 2026 Date of Award Date of Award (estimated January 19, 2025) to December 14, 2026* NOTE: The original Period of Performance was December 15, 2025 to December 14, 2026. The period of performance has lapsed. Any quote should include a reinstatement fee which should cover the gap from the start of the original period of performance (December 15, 2025) to the date of award (Estimated January 19, 2025) for the new license subscription. The end date of the original period of performance shall remain the same, December 14, 2026. Location: Rockville, MD 20892 The statutory authority for this sole source requirement is 41 U.S.C. 1901 (a) (1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1 only one responsible source and no other supply of service will satisfy agency requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. All responsible sources that could provide this product may submit a capability statement along with a letter of authorization to resell to be considered by 10:00 am January 16, 2026 via email to Linda Smith at linda.smith2@nih.gov. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
