Solicitation N0042126Q1039 is issued as a Brand Name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis, for Compact Peripheral Component Interconnect (CPCI) power supply, Model CPCI-350Q-P-47, P/N: 3504057-02 under the authority implemented under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerers must be registered in the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov/sam/) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. *This is a small business set-aside in accordance with 52.219-6.* See Attached RFQ Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received by Time 3: 00pm (EST) on 12 January 2026 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
