- The Contractor must request and be approved for TDP access and agrees that he has obtained all specifications and drawings necessary to manufacture the items being solicited in accordance with the TDP including all incorporated specifications and drawings. The purpose of this amendment is to: SF 30: a) Extend the offer due date from 05 JANUARY 2026 to 20 JANUARY 2026. 2.
