- ***DUE TO CHARACTER COUNT ISSUE FOR THIS POSTING, PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE ATTACHED DOCUMENT TITLED, ""COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION 36C25026Q019"" TO SEE THE ENTIRE SOLICITATION.*** Combined Synopsis Solicitation 36C25026Q0193 for Commercial Products and Commercial Services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 36C25026Q0193. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06. This solicitation is Unrestricted (Full and Open Competition). The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 (NCO 10) is seeking to purchase various gallons and half-pints of milk and chocolate milk.
