AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to offeror-submitted questions and comments. Questions, comments, and government responses are included in the file named ""70RSAT26R00000003 - Q and C Responses - 20251231.pdf"" in the Attachments/Link section. Offerors are reminded of this solicitation's closing date of 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Friday, January 9, 2026. BASE NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70RSAT26R00000003 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for mobile and transportable microreactor system development, testing, and deployment. This acquisition is a full and open competition. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. A Federal Priorities and Allocations System (FPAS) assigned rating may be included at a future date. Questions related to this solicitation must be received by the Government by or before 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, December 30, 2025.
