- The Rock Island Arsenal has a requirement for the following item The Government intends to make a firm fixed price (FFP) award to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible vendor whose quote, conforms to the RFQ requirements and represents the lowest total evaluated price. Discussions are not anticipated. Payment will be completed via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) Quote MUST include shipping to Rock Island Arsenal, IL 61299 Quotes are due by 6 PM, Jaunary 13, 2026 Certificate of Conformance is required Please review the attached RIPD, Evaluation Criteria and CDRL for more detailed information. Please leave detailed notes on the RIPD if you comply to each section. If you do not comply - please explain into detail why.
