- This amendment is issued to inform all interested vendors of the following changes to the solicitation: Site Visit: A site visit will be conducted for all interested vendors. Date and Time: 9:00 AM on January 13, 2026 Location: Bedford VA Medical Center Building 2 Lobby 200 Springs Rd Bedford, MA 01730-1114 Vendors are encouraged to attend the site visit to obtain a better understanding of the requirements and scope of work. Please ensure to bring proper identification and any necessary documentation. Extension of Responses Due Date: The due date for the submission of quotes has been extended. New Due Date: January 26, 2026 Time: 4:00 PM All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Vendors are reminded to review all other aspects of the solicitation and consider this amendment when preparing their responses.
