THIS IS A PRE-SOLCITATION NOTICE:� The Network 10 Contracting Office, 8888 Keystone Crossing Suite 325 Indianapolis IN 46240, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price, purchase order for Preventative Maintenance and Support for EMS (Environmental Management Service) machinery at the Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center in Columbus, OH.� The Solicitation is anticipated to be issued as an Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. NAICS Code 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, NAICS Size Standard $12.5 Million.� The Product Service Code is J065 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Overhaul Procedures outlined in RFO Part 12.� All potential quoters MUST be registered and active in the SAM. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Contract Opportunities / System for Award Management website www.sam.gov. No fax bid packages shall be accepted. The solicitation will be publicized on or about January 15, 2026.� No phone, fax or email inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice
