This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of Other than Small Businesses and/or Small Businesses, including VIP-Verified Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) prospective contractors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339112. STATEMENT OF WORK Coulmed Prep and Pack Workstation - AC1447 Background Due to the catastrophic event in SPS, the workstations in this area were deemed beyond repair. The Prep and Pack Workstations are critical in our ability to maintain essential sterilization processes critical for healthcare facility operations. Selection Criteria Prep and Pack Workstation AC1447 stands out with its robust construction, advanced ergonomic features, and comprehensive integration of lighting and storage solutions. Competitors offer similar features, but AC1447 must provide a balanced combination of essential functionalities, making it a strong contender in the market. Vendor must meet or exceed all requirements as specified below: Specifications Dimensions: Overall Length:� 72 inches Overall Depth:� 36 inches Overall Height:� Adjustable from 36 inches to 44 inches to accommodate ergonomic needs Work Surface Anti-microbial and scratch-resistant Non-porous for easy cleaning and contamination control Adjustability: Electrically adjustable height with memory presets Tilt functionality for ergonomic support Integrated Lighting: Built-in LED lighting Adjustable brightness levels Place of Performance Equipment shall be delivered to the Edward Hines VA Hospital (Warehouse- Bldg. 220) @ 5000 5th Avenue, Hines, IL 60141. The 12 Prep and Pack Workstations (AC1447) will be used in Building 200, A025. Qualifications, capabilities, and experience for providing this product; Business size/Socioeconomic status; Memo or correspondence from manufacturer to distribute their products. This is not a Request for Proposal/Quote or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submissions will not be returned to the sender. VOSBs and SDVOSBs must be registered and verified in VIP for set-aside consideration.
