Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Tunisia will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The requirement is for providing of Gardening services to the US Mission in Tunis, Tunisia. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a Proposal which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. Notwithstanding FAR 4.203-1(b)(5)(ii), the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the best interest of the U.S. Government that offerors be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov at the time of submitting a proposal. This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021) No electronic offers will be accepted. Please mail your offer to the contracting office listed in this notice prior to the response date and time. Be aware of the mailing time and any potential delays in the mailing system.
