- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6�Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. The solicitation number is 36C24526Q0187 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The proposed contract action is for a PAR Excellence Onsite Representative for the Washington District of Columbia VA Medical Center (DC VAMC) for which the Government intends to solicit competitive quotes. This is a total set-aside for a Service Disable Veteran Own Small Busines (SDVOSB). Interested and eligible contractors may submit quotes which must be received prior to the response date. The NAICS code is 541614 and the size standard is $20 million. RESPONSES ARE DUE: January 23, 2026 by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Quotes are due electronically to veronica.dillard@va.gov no later than the response date. Only electronic quotes will be considered.
