Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCDDN) Detachment Norfolk has a requirement to obtain contractor support for Waterfront Operations to include transition, program management, operations management, reporting, safety compliance oversight, the operation of small watercraft, industrial maintenance and repair, and Research and Development, Test and Evaluation project support.*Pre-Solicitation Notice was issued under N0016725R1004, due to crossing fiscal years the RFP was updated to N0016726R0003*Amendment 0001 - Issued to post responses to RFI, extend submission date to 30 January 2026. See attached Amendment 01 for full details.
