- The Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AO) has a mission to support the federal judiciary (judiciary) and the public it serves by providing various services and support functions to the courts and organizations that are part of the judiciary. The AO is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for brand name software licenses of Anonymous + Residential Feed on the Spur SaaS platform Part #: FEEDS-IP-RES. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, USCA26Q0030. The anticipated period of performance is for a base year and two, one-year option periods. This procurement is limited to those vendors that can provide the brand name items noted in the solicitation and that are authorized to provide or resell the required products. The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order. All future information concerning this acquisition, including the solicitation and any amendments to this solicitation, will be distributed solely through this website SAM.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information concerning this acquisition. Any requests for hard copies of the solicitation will not be honored. If you are interested in submitting a quote in response to this solicitation, please see the requirements, instructions, and deadlines noted in the solicitation document in the downloads section, below. It is important to note that procurement within the federal judiciary is not subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), which applies to most Executive Branch agencies. Judiciary procurement policies are the responsibility of the Acquisition Management Office (AMO) within the AO and are issued in the Guide to Judiciary Policy (Guide), Volume 14 (Procurement). Quoters or vendors wishing to find the full text of individual provisions or clauses incorporated by reference in judiciary solicitations and contracts are directed to Appendix 1B of Volume 14 that can be found on the US Courts website (www.uscourts.gov). Questions in regards to this RFQ shall be emailed to both of the individuals noted in the contacts section, below. Questions received after the deadline noted in the solicitation may not be answered. Quotes shall be submitted in electronic format and emailed to both of the individuals noted in the contacts section, below, no later than the deadline noted here in SAM.gov.
